Job Summary
Smile, model safety, and serve as a role model for exceptional service while advising and loading customers. Ensure industry-leading quality standards and complete required maintenance work. Coach, train, and develop team members to inspire them to reach their full potential. Work five days per week in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks like running, squatting, and lifting materials. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
- Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
- Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
