Job Summary
Develop caring, confidential relationships with assigned employees, owners, and families through consistent on-site presence while providing spiritual counsel, emotional support, and crisis intervention grounded in Biblical truth. Maintain accurate care records, adhere to confidentiality policies, and provide 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies. Simultaneously partner with Regional Director and Field Development leadership to identify prospective client companies, conduct introductions to business owners and executives, and coordinate follow-up meetings to support ministry footprint expansion. Requires mature Christ-centered faith, minimum three years of pastoral experience, and ability to travel regionally with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and full alignment with CCA's Statement of Faith and Christian Community Policy
- Minimum 3 years of pastoral or chaplaincy experience
- Strong relational, communication, and presentation skills across diverse workplaces and backgrounds
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to engage confidently with organizational leaders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel regionally with a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in computer and mobile technology for documentation and communication
- Denominational ordination or ministry commissioning
- Valid state driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance
- Ability to stand, walk, and interact in a variety of workplace environments
- Work may involve exposure to varying weather or industrial conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Seminary or chaplain certification preferred
