Job Summary
KLA is seeking a FaST Product Install Engineer to support the installation of cutting-edge technologies at customer sites in Europe. Key responsibilities include pre-installation meetings to assess customer requirements, tool installation according to KLA specifications, system testing, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication. The ideal candidate should have a technical degree in engineering, experience in solving system issues, knowledge of optical and electronic systems, and be available for international travel. Strong technical and analytical skills, along with good interpersonal skills, are essential for this role. KLA emphasizes a commitment to innovation and offers a multinational work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree/diploma in engineering, mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Good level technical & analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and solve problems in software and electronic, optic, mechanical, electro-mechanical or electro-optical systems.
- Knowledge of computer theory, operating systems i.e. MS Windows.
- Good interpersonal/communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and work to project deadlines.
- Available to travel internationally.
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years semiconductor industry work experience is a bonus.
- Panel of competencies in optical, mechanic, electronic, lithography, metrology, and laser technology – is desirable.
