Job Summary
FAST PACK OPERATOR responsibilities include checking daily production schedule, using a computerized system to set up the machine for the product being shrink-wrapped, stacking and wrapping bags of ducts into bundles, maintaining clean and organized work stations, loading loose piece orders onto trailers, and following written/verbal instructions under direct supervision. The role requires good verbal and math skills and an awareness of task urgency, with routine questions resolved within established guidelines; complex issues are referred to others. High school diploma is preferred but not mandatory. Employment eligibility in the United States is required, and the company provides equal employment opportunity to all applicants.
