Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers, negotiate sales prices and terms to close deals effectively, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and follow-up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals. Requires previous experience in automotive sales or related customer-facing role, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
