Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail setting
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience working in restaurant
- Proven ability to lead large teams (25+) and deliver results through coaching and development
- Demonstrated success in managing $1M+ annual sales
- Experience with new store openings or leading teams through rapid growth or change
- Must be ServSafe certified
