Job Summary
Greets customers, takes food orders, and upsells products while operating the cash register to process payments and manage change. Cleans and stocks work areas, assists in the kitchen, and handles inventory by receiving, moving, and lifting supplies weighing over 40 lbs. Ensures proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, rotating, and checking product temperatures. Maintains a solid knowledge of available products and services while following all customer service and cash handling policies. Requires ability to bend, twist, and stand for normal job functions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Requires the ability to lift/push objects weighing over 40 lbs.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Drug Free Workplace (DFW)
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
