Fast and Fresh Assistant Department Manager

Assists the Fast & Fresh Department Manager in setting the department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance and overall profitability. Delivers prompt, friendly customer service, greets customers, helps locate products, handles issues in the manager’s absence, maintains displays, assists with inventory, and ensures cash accountability. Performs other departmental duties, supports meetings, and trains/instructs staff as needed. Requires arithmetic ability, basic data handling, and adherence to store policies; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent movement in a fast-paced environment; pre-employment drug screen required.
