Job Summary
Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products, moving product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately. Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas. Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead, ensuring assigned areas are completed on time while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed and support other tasks as required to keep operations running smoothly. This entry-level stocking clerk position offers weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, and paid parental leave within a family company serving communities across six states.
Required Qualifications
- You're comfortable learning and using basic technology
- You follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way
- You stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy being part of a team and supporting shared goals
- You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- You're available for overnight shifts
