Job Summary
Provide direction for department operations, processes, and conditions while planning and guiding team members in daily execution. Engage peers to deliver an exceptional customer and checkout experience, assigning daily work tasks and mentoring staff to exceed sales and service goals. Monitor product freshness, rotation, and dating policies; ensure compliance with food safety standards and safe work practices. Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display activities. Operate registers, powered equipment, and assist in period-end inventories as needed. Act in lead capacity across departments when required.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Retail or other customer service experience preferred
