Job Summary
Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service by recommending fashionable items and creating complete looks that excite clients. Maintain current product knowledge to achieve personal and store sales goals while building relationships and updating client books. Take an active role in store operations, including maintaining displays, assisting with stock transfers, receiving merchandise, and handling all point-of-sale transactions such as sales, exchanges, refunds, and gift wrapping. Proactively interact with customers to create a warm environment, communicate feedback to management, and write daily business recaps. Work a flexible schedule covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance.

- Passion for fashion, styling, and outfitting
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more) from time to time as required
