Job Summary
Ensure the safety of store staff and customers while deterring and apprehending shoplifters as required. Provide basic customer service by engaging with shoppers and maintaining professional relationships within the team. Follow health and safety procedures and utilize loss prevention skills in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a Frontline DS SIA license, verifiable employment history, and the right to work in the UK. Candidates must present professionally in a black suit and white shirt. Required Qualifications
- Experience in Fashion retail or a hospitality background
- good personal presentation
- capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment
- excellent communicator utilising customer service and loss prevention skills
- Ensuring the safety of store staff and customers
- Deter and apprehend shoplifters as and when required
- Provide basic customer service and be able to engage with customers
- Be capable of following health and safety procedures
- Work as part of a team and be able to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent Presentation (black well-fitted suit, white shirt, black clean smart shoes)
- Reliable and punctual
- Proficient in written and oral English language
- Committed to providing a first-rate customer service experience
- Respects values and consider the opinions and circumstances of others
- Has a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity
- Previous retail experience
- Current Frontline DS SIA license
- Verifiable employment history to BS 7858
- Right to work in the UK
