Fashion Operations Manager

Job Summary
Create and curate fashion capsules from concept to publication, owning quality and logic for every release. Prepare stylizations for catalog shoots by driving research, creating moodboards, and remotely approving styling ahead of shoots. Participate in content-product meetings to represent the fashion perspective and align content with product goals. Optimize operational processes by building systems, templates, and SOPs to scale the team and improve quality. Hire and train Fashion Content Assistants, onboarding new members and passing on quality standards and workflows. Requires 1+ years of experience in fashion operations, styling coordination, or content production, with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with AI image generation tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in fashion operations, styling coordination and assistance, or fashion content production
- Strong sense of fashion, trends, and visual quality standards
- Strong organizational and process-building skills — comfortable owning SOPs and cross-team workflows
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable representing fashion priorities in cross-functional discussions
- Genuine interest in fashion and active tracking of trends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a stylist assistant / stylist, and background in fashion tech, is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI image/style generation tools
