Job Summary
Support the localization, preparation, delivery, and follow-up of learning initiatives for Fashion retail employees, primarily Fashion Advisors. Localize global and regional learning materials for the Korea market, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Prepare and facilitate programs including onboarding, collection training, and client-facing capability sessions, adapting approaches to different audiences. Provide on-site learning delivery and support in boutiques as required to address business needs. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, maintain accurate learning records, and prepare regular reports. Coordinate learning logistics, including schedules, venues, vendors, and materials, while collaborating with the Fashion L&D team and retail stakeholders to translate learning into practical application.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, retail or another client-focused industry
- At least 2 years of experience in training facilitation or a related role
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, demonstrating positive energy, professionalism, and the ability to engage and influence different audiences
- Proactive in identifying opportunities, addressing problems, and exploring new approaches
- Client service mindset with sound commercial awareness of the retail environment
- Ability to understand complex or new information and translate it into clear, accurate, and engaging learning messages
- Ability to connect the dots, consider the broader and longer-term perspective, and communicate ideas in a clear and inspiring way
- Comfortable working with complexity, ambiguity, and changing priorities
- Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
- Open to feedback and able to translate it into improved performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
