Job Summary
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset by building relationships with customers, team members, and business partners. Act as a Rhone product knowledge expert educating clients on features and benefits, assessing individual needs to provide tailored recommendations. Support all selling floor areas including fitting rooms and point of sale, while assisting with replenishment, visual standards, and operational tasks. Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions, and sharing ideas while demonstrating inclusive behavior. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of two 4-hour shifts weekly. Adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality and be able to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and 18 years or older.
