Job Summary
Leads and develops store teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a sense of belonging; drives exceptional customer service and operates store processes, merchandising, and initiatives to meet customer and business goals; provides feedback, coaching, and recognition; ensures adherence to policy, ethics, and integrity, while managing staffing plans, performance and development; guides action plans to improve operations, shrink, and financial performance, and collaborates across levels to implement company initiatives and change efforts. Focuses on developing associates, delivering strong customer service, and aligning store activities with company direction and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
