Fashion Coach role focused on leading and developing store associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties; driving customer service excellence through the OBW service model; supervising store operations, merchandising, and inventory to meet sales and profitability goals; guiding teams with clear expectations, feedback, and accountability; promoting a culture of belonging, collaboration, and continuous learning; recruiting and developing qualified associates, communicating business objectives, and supporting change initiatives to improve store performance and customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of college OR equivalent retail experience with supervisory experience
- One year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience OR two years of general work experience and one year of supervisory experience
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
