Job Summary
Maximize all sales opportunities by applying high standards of product knowledge and selling skills while maintaining CHANEL standards in all areas. Lead the development of new customers and brand ambassadors through personalized outreach, creating energy and excitement around the product and brand. Establish strong client relationships by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that fosters brand loyalty. Engage fully in training initiatives to master exceptional selling skills and in-depth product expertise aligned with the house's highest standards. Work effectively within the team to share ideas and contribute to positive morale. This full-time role reports to the Sales Manager and includes a six-month probation period.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- preferably within luxury
- High degree of ethics
- obsession with customer service and satisfaction
- Fluent in Swedish and English
