Job Summary
Fashion Associate role delivering personalized service and supporting daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. Responsibilities include assisting in the fitting room, processing transactions at the cash desk, using product knowledge to drive add-on sales, maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor, and adapting to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and using a step ladder up to 3 m (10 feet); flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Passion for fashion and strong communication skills are essential.
