Job Summary
Fashion Associate delivers personalized service, supports daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment, processes transactions at the cash desk, assists in the fitting room, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Uses product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales, and contributes to overall store performance. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) is required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg). Passion for fashion and knowledge of fashion trends advised.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends
