Job Summary
As a Fashion Associate, deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. Responsibilities include assisting in the fitting room, processing transactions at the cash desk, using product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales, maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor, and supporting overall store performance in a fast-paced retail setting. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs; proficient with POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
