Fashion Associate (Part time) - PENN

Deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. Help customers feel confident and stylish by assisting in the fitting room and processing transactions at the cash desk. Use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales and support store performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and contribute to an inclusive environment. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, work well in a fast-paced setting, and be a team player. Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder up to 3 m (10 feet).
