Job Summary
Conduct front-of-house service for watches and fine jewelry at the 57th Street Flagship Boutique, leading new customer acquisition and converting walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors. Optimize client experience through prompt, professional, and warm interactions while building genuine relationships via consistent outreach. Manage repairs and maintain follow-up on alterations, collaborating with a diverse sales team to drive revenue and inspire brand loyalty. Requires a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of three years in related retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Watches and Jewelry knowledge
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- High School Degree minimum
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence
