Job Summary
Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to clients while converting walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors and driving revenue. Optimize the client experience through thoughtful outreach and genuine relationship building, and lead the development of new customers by creating excitement around the product. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding alterations. Work full-time in-store in a team environment, reporting to boutique leadership with a flexible schedule that includes late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service
