Job Summary
Lead client service and drive business revenue by converting walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors through energy and product expertise. Optimize the client experience with prompt, professional, and courteous interactions while building genuine relationships via thoughtful outreach. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up on alterations. Deliver elevated in-person service to support sales results within a diverse team. Requires a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum three years of related experience and a high school diploma are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service
