Job Summary
Represent clients with immaculate grooming and personalized journeys through the boutique, driving sales by proposing product lines and complementary services like alterations. Maintain client relationships by building databases, tracking feedback, and refining buying selections based on their input. Manage daily operations including returns, after-sales services, and boutique inventory procedures while collaborating with all team members to elevate the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of documented experience in retail or hospitality
- You show flexibility and adaptability to a challenging environment
- You like to work in team, and you show team spirit
- You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
- You are decisive and performance oriented
- You have a passion for client experience, luxury and beauty
- You speak Spanish and English
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills are preferred
