Job Summary
Fashion Advisor at CHANEL in Brussels: you will maximize sales opportunities while maintaining CHANEL standards, create strong client relationships, and deliver an exceptional luxury experience. You will build deep product knowledge of RTW and related collections, provide prompt, professional service, and collaborate with the team to drive client loyalty. Responsibilities include developing new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors, offering after-sales care and information on events and new collections, and actively participating in training to raise selling standards. The role requires strong styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to CHANEL values, with fluency in French and English and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury shop floor environment. Living in or around Brussels and being fully available for a full-time role are expected.

- Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment
- Passion for client experience and fashion in luxury
- Fluent in French and English
- Living in or around Brussels
- Full-time availability
