Job Summary
Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to clients while converting walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors. Optimize the client experience by building genuine relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach and maintaining follow-up on repairs and alterations. Lead new customer development by creating energy and excitement around the product and brand to drive business revenue and inspire loyalty. Work collaboratively within a diverse sales team to consistently exceed client expectations and support in-store sales.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence
