Job Summary
Facilitate language communication for the Limited English Proficient community in Richmond, VA by providing superior customer service and adhering to the Code of Professional Conduct. Maintain strict confidentiality, follow industry-specific best practices, and meet all clearance requirements for assigned tasks. Report to on-site locations promptly for interpreting assignments while utilizing personal or public transport access. Full fluency in English and Bengali is required, along with at least one year of professional interpreting experience. Industry certifications such as CMI or CCHI are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Full fluency in both English and Bengali

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred
- Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
