Job Summary

Seeking a Farsi Associate Language Instructor to provide comprehensive language instruction and cultural insights to U.S. Special Forces at Fort Campbell. Ideal candidates will possess ILR level 2 proficiency or higher and will integrate technology in teaching.

Required Qualifications

  • ILR level 2 or higher
  • Score of at least 553 on TOEFL PBT or equivalent
  • ECL score of no less than 82
  • Minimum proficiency level 2 or Advanced-Low on OPI
  • Ability to pass a foreign language test
  • May be required to obtain a security clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • General professional proficiency in Farsi (ILR level 2+ or ACTFL Advanced-High)
  • Experience with technology integration in language instruction
  • Minimum of 80 hours documented training in online language teaching

Additional Requirements

  • May require a security clearance
  • Must be able to pass foreign language test
