Job Summary
Farmstand Crew assists customers in our farmstand, café, and at farmers' markets, handling payments, guiding guests about products and farm policies, maintaining displays, and supporting CSA signups. Responsibilities include ringing up purchases, answering product questions, restocking, setting up market displays for weekly markets (Thursdays and Saturdays), and potential training as a barista in the Hello Café. Hours are part-time, minimum 20 hours/week, through October with potential limited hours in November/December. Compensation is $15-17/hr, seasonal benefits include paid personal leave, employee discount, and retirement plan options.
