Job Summary
Field specialist in dairy/beef biotech traveling to customer herds to assist in sales, installation and training of new customers, and to deliver exceptional customer service. Demonstrates technical knowledge of product options, communicates technical specifications, collaborates with the sales team, and ensures professional customer experiences. Requires college degree in animal science or related field and experience with dairy/beef industries; willingness to travel to customer sites and provide site surveys and installation support; bilingual Spanish desirable.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in animal science or related field and/or experience and knowledge of the dairy or beef industries
- Able to memorize and recall product specifications and demonstrate value proposition
- Experience working in a farm environment
- Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Command of the English language; bilingual in Spanish desirable
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
