Job Summary
Conduct active, receptive, and online telephone and digital customer service regarding pharmaceutical inquiries, vaccines, and clinical services provided by Panvel Clinic. Support Alô Panvel operations and train front-line teams on medication and clinical service sales regulations. Continuously update technical knowledge on new drugs, vaccines, and clinical services through internal platforms. Apply Brazilian pharmaceutical legislation and provide guidance on the national immunization calendar. Maintain ethical standards and deliver results while working a 6x1 shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- CRF/RS ativo
- Graduação completa no curso de farmácia
- Identificação com a área de varejo e de atenção farmacêutica
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6x1
