Conduct humanized customer service by interpreting prescriptions, orienting on medication use and interactions, and ensuring safe dispensation of controlled drugs. Manage technical and legal compliance by responding to regulatory bodies, maintaining documentation, and updating the SNGPC. Supervise medication storage, stock control, and temperature monitoring while guaranteeing proper archiving of receipts. Train the team on dispensation best practices, legislation, and government programs, and monitor the use of prescription stamps and sales systems. Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures and ensure facility hygiene and organization according to sanitary norms. Contribute to store goals through technical product promotion and participate in meetings, training, and audits to support continuous improvement.
