Conduct humanized customer service by interpreting prescriptions, orienting on medication use and interactions, and ensuring safe dispensation including psychotropics and antibiotics. Manage technical and legal compliance by responding to regulatory bodies, maintaining document regularity, and updating the SNGPC system. Supervise storage, validity, and pricing of products while auditing stock levels for controlled medications and ensuring proper receipt archiving. Train the team on dispensation best practices, current legislation, and government programs, while monitoring prescription usage and sales registration systems. Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures, hygiene standards, and temperature records for equipment and environments. Contribute to store targets through technical product promotion and participate in meetings, trainings, and audits to support continuous improvement.
