Conduct customer service at the counter, collect payments, and close cash registers. Manage medication inventory, verify batches of psychotropic and antibiotic drugs, and prepare tax invoice reports. Assist with insurance claims, cancellations, and returns while confirming prescriptions and checking lot validity. Manage team operations and handle phone inquiries regarding store needs. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 14:40 to 00:10 with a one-hour break, plus a fixed day off weekly, followed by Saturday and Sunday rotation shifts.
