Job Summary
The Greenhouse - Farm Worker is responsible for planting, growing flowers, trees, shrubbery, and other plants for distribution and sale at Home Depot garden centers. Performs tasks through the growing cycle from seeds to cultivation to sale preparation, including planting, thinning, weeding, watering, harvesting, transplanting, potting, and labeling. Requires ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, operate a pallet jack, climb ladders, and adapt to a fast-paced environment; must follow directions, work with a team or independently, and be flexible for extra hours and weekends. Pre-employment drug screening, background check, and E-Verification are required. Must have reliable transportation and strong communication with supervisors and peers.
