Job Summary
Own roadmap and day-to-day product delivery across ERP/back-office, B2B e-commerce, supplier app, and integrations. Work from a defined roadmap, ship iteratively with engineering, run structured discovery with buyers, suppliers, and ops teams, and measure outcomes. Responsibilities include maintaining/refining the product roadmap, prioritising reliability, new features, and data quality; turning real-world workflows (inventory, purchasing, receiving, dispatch, payments, returns) into clean product experiences; writing clear PRDs/user stories with acceptance criteria; participating in sprint planning; coordinating integrations and rollouts; and ensuring security-by-design and robust monitoring. Success metrics focus on order cycle time, fill rate, on-time delivery, supplier app adoption, and data traceability.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS, ERP/marketplace, logistics, fintech, or other operations-heavy environments where data quality and process design matter.
- Proven delivery: multi-module products across web + mobile + APIs/integrations, from discovery to rollout, in agile teams.
- Analytical strength: data-driven decisions; SQL/BI literacy.
