Job Summary
Farm Store Associate handles customer service, cash register operations, stocking shelves and coolers, maintaining a clean store environment, assisting in fuel-related tasks (e.g., loading propane tanks and forklift operation where applicable), inventory checks, and adherence to store policies. Responsibilities include helping customers with purchases, creating a welcoming atmosphere, balancing registers, assisting with propane tank fills, forklift loading, and completing paperwork as directed. Required skills include strong verbal communication, multiskilling across cashier and stock duties, basic math, reliability in cash handling, and a customer-service focus. Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and experience in retail operations or POS/Time Collection systems.
