Job Summary
Change and replace small to large tractor tires at local farms. Inspect, maintain, and fix cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles to optimize market share, improve efficiency, and achieve cooperative goals. Handle sales, service, inventory, and maintenance duties as assigned by the Service Station Manager. Maintain a positive attitude, excellent customer relations, and reliability while working at a quick pace. Must provide own tools and lift up to 100 pounds. Requires valid driver's license and 1-2 years of automotive mechanical repair experience.
Required Qualifications
- A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance
- Valid driver's license
- 1-2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
- Proven ability to do most auto-light truck repairs
- Must be able to provide your own tools
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds, ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, crouch and squat frequently
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certificate in related field
