Job Summary
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics while leading a team of 6–8 staff to achieve excellence in commercial broiler farm operations. Drive continuous improvement in animal welfare, productivity, quality, and environmental practices by adhering to biosecurity, safety, and legislation standards. Manage bird growing requirements using advanced shed management techniques and ensure farm presentation remains at the highest level. Build strong relationships with company representatives and external stakeholders. This role involves overseeing state-of-the-art tunnel-ventilated facilities within the Griffith Region, NSW, contributing to over 25% of Australia's total broiler chicken production.

- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to farm management
- High regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards
- Physical fitness to perform farm duties
- Right to work in Australia
- No regular contact with pigs or birds, including those kept at residence
- No living with someone who works in other poultry or pig operations
