Farm Maintenance Worker responsible for farm/barn maintenance across Hormel Foods’ Medford operations. Duties include general troubleshooting, repairs, welding, and preventative maintenance for all area farms. Requires good mechanical aptitude, ability to work with others or alone, and availability to work overtime. Must have a background in repairing farm equipment, carpentry, and/or electrical work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs., in environments that are cold, wet, humid, hot, and dusty, with capacity to pass a lung function test for SCBA/gas mask. Full-time role in Medford, MN with competitive pay ($22.00–$30.75/hour) and a comprehensive benefits package.
