Job Summary
Supervise the design, installation, and implementation of maintenance programs for all Swine and Poultry Farm facilities, systems, and equipment. Manage the Enterprise Asset Management System (SAP), perform technical analysis, and oversee repair schedules while conducting root cause analysis for equipment downtime. Monitor utilities consumption, prepare operational reports, and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize farm safety and efficiency. Supervise direct subordinates, evaluate third-party service providers, and attend emergency electrical calls during night shifts. This fixed-term role requires a Registered Electrical Engineer with at least five years of experience in maintenance planning.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
- Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer
- With at least 5 years experience as a maintenance planner or similar function
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned on the following set-up
- Stay-In work set-up
