Job Summary
Coordinate and track the Farm & Industry Engagement team’s priority projects and impact; develop content capturing the impact of the team’s work for blogs, emails, presentations, and leadership communications; conduct background research to support advocacy and engagement strategies; identify and track conferences, including pricing, dates, and logistics; compile and distribute regular news roundups; source and organize contacts to support corporate engagement; manage photo and digital asset libraries; maintain trackers of department goals and initiatives; develop structured agendas for meetings and events; act as internal liaison with other departments; plan travel logistics and coordinate scheduling for large-scale meetings; requires strong organizational, research, written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Airtable or Canva a plus; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required with 2 years of relevant experience; role is remote within the United States with up to 5% travel; ASPCA values and culture emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 years of experience in research, communications, advocacy or a related field required
- 2 years of experience managing projects or events required
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating travel and logistics for others required
- Experience compiling and summarizing information required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools required
