Job Summary
Help contractors, farmers, and owner-builders find products, answer customer questions, and operate the point-of-sale register. Learn our products, departments, and store layout while stocking, facing, and organizing shelves to maintain a clean, orderly environment. Support the rest of the Farmland Hardware team as needed. This part-time role requires approximately 25–30 hours per week with every other Saturday shifts and no Sundays. We offer product and hardware training, consistent hours, and a workplace where people show up, work hard, and go home on time.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a basic computer and point-of-sale system
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Every other Saturday required
- No Sundays
