Farm Clean Out Lead

Job Summary
Drive crews to farms to execute clean-up operations, operating certified machinery and managing time to ensure tasks are completed correctly. Supervise crew members, delegate assignments, and oversee the setup and teardown of machinery at shift start and end. Manage chemical usage for sanitation of all assigned areas and machinery, while preparing production zones by adjusting nest boxes, feeders, and drinker lines. File reports for depletion data, inventory vehicles and chemicals, and perform other duties as assigned by management. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in an environment promoting innovation in the poultry industry.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a physical to receive a Health Card
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
- Basic understanding of machinery tears down and setup
- Basic Chemical understanding
- Monitoring clean up (parts) experience
- 2 years of clean out crew experience
Desired Qualifications
- Poultry experience preferred but not required
