Job Summary

Execute daily operations across agricultural facilities, livestock habitats, and construction sites under the guidance of the Director of Buildings and Grounds. Assist with planting, watering, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting crops while supporting the daily care, feeding, and cleaning for chickens, ducks, quails, pigs, and cows. Safely operate power tools to aid in interior and exterior construction, carpentry, fencing, and repair projects. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all farm areas, barns, and tool storage facilities. Monitor livestock behavior and health, reporting any illnesses or injuries immediately. Contribute to special club events and educational workshops, providing photos for social media posts. Represent the property positively by interacting respectfully with club members, guests, staff, and volunteers. This full-time role requires high reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to meet luxury property standards. Early morning starts are required with flexibility for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working closely with and around various farm animals (poultry and swine)
  • Competency and safety compliance with hand tools, basic power tools, and light utility equipment
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience in farming, animal husbandry, landscaping, basic construction, or heavy outdoor labor
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects weighing 50+ pounds
  • Capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform heavy manual labor for extended periods (8+ hours) over uneven, muddy, or sloped terrain
  • Full use of arms and hands to safely operate machinery, power tools, and handle animals gently
  • Continuous outdoor work exposed to variable weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and wind
  • Early morning starts
  • Flexibility for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts based on animal care or event needs
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and reporting unsafe conditions immediately
