Job Summary
Verifications team roles for Voice, Semi-Voice, and Non-Voice processes requiring 1+ year experience. Roles based in Mumbai or Bangalore with 24/7 shift and rotating weekly offs. Immediate joiners preferred. Qualifications include UG (or full-time diploma), typing speed of 30 WPM @ 90% accuracy, basic Excel, and good communication skills. Work from office model with potential work-from-home during training; post-training work model to be decided. 120 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload Wi-Fi required to continue WFH.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in voice/semi-voice/non-voice verification
- UG (10+2) or full-time diploma
- Typing speed 30 WPM @ 90% accuracy
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- WFO with possible WFH during training; post-training work model to be decided; 120 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload Wi-Fi for work from home
- Shift: 24/7 with rotational weekly offs
- Base locations: Mumbai or Bangalore
- Compensation: 4.5 LPA + incentives
