Job Summary
Salon Manager to lead and inspire a team of stylists and salon staff at F/S Cut & Color in Clarksville, TN. Roles include recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing talent; ensuring a high-quality client experience from consultation to service; overseeing daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and salon cleanliness; facilitating ongoing training on trends and techniques; and collaborating with the owner on growth strategies and personal/professional development for the team. Licenses in Cosmetology or Master Barber are required, with a minimum of 2 years in the beauty industry and demonstrated leadership, communication, and business-operations skills. The position offers revenue-based compensation with guaranteed weekly minimums, tips, bonuses on sales, and retail commissions.
Required Qualifications
