Job Summary
Develop comprehensive price quotes by evaluating costs, market dynamics, competitive landscape, historical data, and other relevant inputs. Assess quotation requirements, gather additional information from sales team or customers, and submit pricing recommendations to sales leadership with supporting data. Distribute finalized quotations to the sales team and/or customers, coordinate online bid submissions, and track pipeline reports to ensure consistent follow-up through the full sales cycle. Analyze monthly sales reports to identify gaps and uncover new opportunities, generate accurate monthly reports, and monitor industry trends to report key insights. Organize sample inventories, assemble sample kits, and participate in team meetings to contribute insights and complete follow-up actions. This role is part of the internal sales & marketing department within the Fantapak team, focusing on sales maintenance and growth through actionable pricing strategies and market analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong math skills with ability to analyze numbers with detail
- Self-motivated to work independently and progress projects from beginning to completion
- Problem solving mentality and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
- Positive team-oriented attitude, comfortable working across departments within organization
- Ability to generate and/or use sales data to identify gaps and translate promptly into actionable opportunities
- Facility to balance and support customer needs with strategic business goals
- Versatility, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to evolving priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft – Excel (create simple cell formulas & navigate pivot tables), PowerPoint and Word
- Clear, confident and professional written, listening & verbal communication skills (in-person, telephone, video-conference)
- Willingness to learn with openness to feedback geared toward continuous improvement and skill development
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude towards daily activities showing enthusiasm & strong work ethic
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction
